The heart behind our lemonade

Welcome to Jays Lemonade and Concessions, a proud family-owned business established in North Tulsa in 2020. What began as a young boy's spark of inspiration has grown into a community staple built on flavor, family, and giving back.

How Jayden's dream began

In 2020, ten-year-old Jayden Williams decided to mix up his own fresh lemonade recipe. He loved the taste, realized it was truly something special, and was bursting with excitement to share it with the world. Seeing his spark, Jayden's mother was determined to keep that dream alive. Together with his brother and grandmother, our three-generation family rallied together to launch Jay's very first stand in North Tulsa.

Growing into favorite concession foods

What started with ice-cold cups of handcrafted lemonade quickly expanded into a full concession stand experience. By listening to our loyal customers and embracing our passion for good food, we added savory bites, sweet treats, and crowd-pleasing snacks to the lineup. Every item we serve is prepared with the same care and joy that went into Jayden's first batch of lemonade.

A foundation built on giving back

From an early age, Jayden possessed a remarkably generous spirit, always wanting to share whatever he had with neighbors in need. That compassion became the true backbone of our business. From packing monthly care kits to donating unsold food each evening, our purpose has always been larger than just serving refreshments—it is about strengthening our Tulsa community.

"When your child comes to you with a dream, you don't let that excitement fade. You roll up your sleeves, stand beside them, and build something meaningful for the whole community."
